REFY Brow Pencil is a highly pigmented pencil with an ultra fine tip, which allows you to create defined hair strokes.

Details

The formula contains synthetic beeswax which helps to give a smooth application. The product is dual ended, allowing you to use the brush to gently blend the product.

Brow Pencil is available in three buildable shades: Light, Medium and Dark. Jess wears shade Medium.

The pencil is long-lasting and will stay in place until washed out. Suitable for all skin and brow types.

How to use

Apply the pencil tip over brow hairs to give definition.
Use the brush to softly blend all products together.
Use Brow Pencil as part of the REFY 3.0 Stage Brow process to achieve a defined, sculpted brow.

BEST BROW PENCIL EVER
As a makeup artist, I have tried so many brow pencils and products over the years. This is BY FAR my favourite pencil! The perfect shade and consistency, and stays super thin to get those precise hairlike strokes. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
