Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT. This excludes weekend days and UK Bank Holidays. Our team will process your order within 48 hours, we then hand it over to our nominated carriers.

Any courier delays are fully beyond our control here at REFY and may affect your orders arrival time over this busy period.

We track every order. We'll send you the tracking number of your order and you can track it here.

Unfortunately we start processing your order as soon as it's placed. We are unable to change or cancel orders once they are made. If you no longer require your order, please submit a return request following our returns policy.

Yes we offer free shipping to the UK, US & EU. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.

Please be aware that if you purchase with us and choose to have your order shipped to a hotel or an Airbnb, REFY are not responsible for any parcels that cannot be located once delivery has been confirmed on your tracking link. It is your responsibility to ensure that you check the tracking link and are available at the time of delivery to receive the package.

We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.

If you believe you've experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products, we're really sorry to hear that and take this very seriously. To look into this properly, we’ll need a photo of the reaction along with a doctor’s note confirming our product as the cause. Brow Tint adds pigment to the brows to create a lightweight, textured brow.
Brow Sculpt is part of our three stage process and is designed to sculpt and set the brow.
Our Brow Tint gives a more textured brow than our Brow Sculpt but both have an amazing high performance hold.

Brow Tint and Brow Sculpt are both brow gels so we don't advise to use these products together.

We ship worldwide. Although we may not ship to some countries due to their cross-border policy requirements. This includes Argentina, Barbados, Belarus, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Libya, Martinique, Mexico, Russia, St Martin, Tanzania, Turkey, Ukraine and Yemen.

We cover most duties and taxes to the EU & UAE. For US orders the duties will be calculated at checkout.

For any other countries outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

The REFY World is a members club, driven by order frequency and available to all REFY customers.

You need to create or have an account on refybeauty.com to join. All existing REFY account holders will automatically join.

Your available rewards are displayed in the My Rewards section in your account and are available to use instantly when you reach a new level.

You will move up a level when you reach the required order count. More information about the levels can be viewed in the My Rewards section.

All previous REFY online purchases for the past two years will count towards your order total. You will be auto enrolled at the tier that matches your purchase history for the past two years.

Unfortunately, in-store purchase are not included in your order count at the moment.

REFY World is open to all customers no matter where you are in the world. Some benefits may differ per location.

Unfortunately for any orders purchasing gift cards or using gift cards to pay these do not count towards your order total at the moment but is something we are working on.
