• Apply lip liner and press lips together to blend.
• Apply a small amount of setter over liner and allow to dry for 10-20 seconds. 
• Apply REFY Lip Gloss by gently squeezing the tube so a small amount of product comes out onto the metal applicator and swipe evenly over lips.
