    Blur Liner offers a medium coverage and is buildable. You can layer to achieve your desired effect, but we recommend diffusing for a soft, blurred finish.

      I’ve always been useless with lip liner, but this is fool proof! Applies really easy, no need to blur with fingers. Makes my lips look naturally fuller! I went for opal which is very close to my natural lip colour. I have olive skin which goes very grey/pale in the winter months but this colour is perfect & natural.
