REFY Brow Pencil is a highly pigmented pencil with an ultra fine tip, which allows you to create defined hair strokes.

The formula contains synthetic beeswax which helps to give a smooth application. The product is dual ended, allowing you to use the brush to gently blend the product.

Brow Pencil is available in three buildable shades: Light, Medium and Dark. Jess wears shade Medium.

The pencil is long-lasting and will stay in place until washed out.

Suitable for all skin and brow types.

How to use

Apply the pencil tip over brow hairs to give definition.
Use the brush to softly blend all products together.

Definitely recommend
With extremely blond brows, tint wears off, sometimes unevenly. I have worked my way through many brow pencils and eventually tried this one after being impressed with the brow tint. Wish I'd done so sooner.
Fine hair like strokes,that glide on and last all day - will definitely repurchase.
